Add a user to your site
Login to your site.
Roll over the My Website button on the admin toolbar and click on Users from the dropdown menu.
Click the Add a person to this website link.
Fill in the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Email, Password and Confirm password.
Make sure you have clicked the Authorized box.
Choose a role for them by clicking the box next to the role.
Click the Update button.
